We are looking for a System Engineer to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Laos-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Your responsibilities will include:
- ServiceNow Development and Administration: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure optimal performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications. Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- M365 Development and Integration: Develop and manage applications and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Customize and extend M365 applications to meet business needs using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related tools.
- Incident and Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and M365 applications and services. Proactively identify and address potential problems to minimize service disruptions.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow and M365 applications and best practices.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems and applications comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations. Implement security best practices and perform regular audits and assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow and/or M365 development and administration.
- Either:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API) and administration, or
- Strong knowledge of M365 development tools and technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework).
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
