Encompass is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Director to lead and drive our revenue growth strategy. This role requires a senior sales leader with a proven track record in both acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients within the Enterprise software industry.

What You'll Do:
- New Business Development:
- Lead efforts to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise-level customers.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify high-potential accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on large-scale enterprise opportunities.
- Customer Growth and Expansion:
- Oversee and manage relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current customer accounts.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of sales professionals, driving performance to exceed sales targets.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, preparing detailed performance reports for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and develop plans to mitigate risks or capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and technology utilization.
What you'll bring to Encompass
Preferred Qualifications and experience required for success in this role include:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business in large enterprise accounts.
- Strong background in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in enterprise solution selling, including experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to foster long-term client relationships and expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience selling ERP or other enterprise-level software solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (HubSpot, Gong, and Challenger highly preferred).
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with an emphasis on customer expansion.
- Bachelorâs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Additional Details
Compensation: This role will receive a competitive salary + commission + benefits. The total compensation for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the ranges for this role.
US annual base compensation: $155,000 to $196,000 annually + Sales Commission Plan. A variety of factors are considered when determining someoneâs compensation, including a candidateâs professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.
Location: We are a hybrid organization and are open to remote work. Our corporate office is located in Fort Collins, CO.
Travel: This position will require overnight travel to customer sites and to corporate offices. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.
