Role Summary
The Digital Experience team is a part of the Marketing Operations group at Sophos. Our growing team is responsible for building and optimizing an amazing digital customer experience. We are looking for a talented Web Content Producer t to join our team and help us take our customer experience to the next level.
 
As a Web Content Producer at Sophos, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative web content for our global customers. You'll expand your expertise in content management systems by creating, editing, and maintaining web content in multiple languages. Your contributions will directly support Sophos' digital strategy and help drive business growth. This role reports to the Senior Web Producer.



What you will do
  • Content Management: Develop, edit, and maintain web content (text, images, videos, assets) in 8 languages within our content management system (Drupal). Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling and informative digital experiences.
  • Digital Engagement: Support the execution of the digital engagement roadmap, including projects, feature components, and product launches.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in HTML and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Drupal, AEM).
  • Project Management: Follow leadership direction on managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality results
  • SEO and Accessibility: Work under the guidance of the SEO lead to optimize content for search engines, enhance visibility, drive organic traffic, and ensure accessibility for users with disabilities, adhering to WCAG guidelines.



What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, design, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a web content production role or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience creating engaging and effective digital experiences.
  • Familiar with content management systems, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms.
