Pair Eyewear is seeking a Director of Digital Product Management to lead and expand our digital product initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our ecommerce site experience and drive the development of our in-house Order Management System (OMS). You will directly lead product managers and designers to guide cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver exceptional digital experiences that fuel both customer acquisition and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for our digital products, aligning with company goals for growth and scalability.
- Oversee the redesign of our ecommerce site and the expansion of our digital product offerings, including visual merchandising strategies.
- Direct the development of our in-house Order Management System to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Help optimize a new customer onboarding by shepherding customers through the complex process of buying eyewear.
- Create and manage programs that increase customer lifetime value through subscriptions and retention strategies.
- Utilize customer insights and data analytics to craft a best-in-class digital experience tailored to our customers’ needs.
- Initiate user testing to inform product requirements and continuously improve the online glasses buying experience.
- Leverage KPIs and analytics to optimize the shopping experience, conducting A/B tests to drive conversion and engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to drive cohesive growth strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of designers, engineers, and product managers, including recruitment and professional development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions to enhance our digital footprint and customer experience.

Need to Have:
- 10+ years in digital product management with a focus on ecommerce, including experience with OMS development and subscription models.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling teams across design, engineering, and marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus, UI/UX design principles, and technical concepts like HTTP, APIs, and frontend/backend engineering.
- Expertise in using analytics tools (Heap, Looker) to inform strategy and optimizations.
- Ability to develop and execute 1-year, quarterly, and weekly roadmaps balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $194,000 - $229,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
