About the Role
Nivoda is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join its Fulfillment Operations Product Team. This role will focus on building and enhancing logistics, automation, and hub operation solutions to deliver exceptional efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the supply chain, tech, and operations to develop products that optimize the speed, efficiency and reliability of Nivoda’s global supply chain network.

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for designing product solutions across the following functional areas:
1. Logistics Management
Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions that ensure seamless inventory movement across the supply chain. Your role will cover all critical aspects of logistics:
First Mile
Develop systems to efficiently collect inventory from a diverse range of global suppliers.
Create solutions for supplier scheduling, live tracking, and real-time updates to reduce delays.
Middle Mile
Manage shipments between the global distribution hub and regional facilities.
Integrate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enable smooth operations and improve visibility into inter-hub shipments.
Development of cross-border shipping solutions, ensuring seamless delivery experiences while complying with global customs rules and regulations
Last Mile
Build features to enhance the customer experience, like delivery tracking, time slot selection, and Delivery collection from Last Mile Hubs.
Design and optimize systems to group multiple orders efficiently to enhance delivery speed, reduce costs, and improve sustainability
Returns Handling
Implement a smooth reverse logistics process that makes it easy for customers to return items while minimizing cost and complexity.
Design systems for automated returns sorting and faster quality assessment to reduce the time for inventory restocking and/or returning to the origin
2. Quality Check (QC) Automation
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to:
Design workflows that identify and report QC issues upon inventory arrival, capture customer responses and drive the next steps for resolution
Automate quality check processes, improving accuracy and speed
Design and implement systems to reduce time-to-check for inbound and outbound inventory
3. Fulfillment Hub Operations
Drive innovation in inventory management by developing tools for:
Real-time tracking and monitoring of stock within hubs
Implement smart batching algorithms to improve order fulfilment efficiency
Enable automated sortation of inventory for smooth movement across the network
4. Ultra-Fast Delivery
Develop and Pilot delivery models to orchestrate ultrafast delivery models enabling fulfilment within minutes or hours.
Optimize internal hub operations to reduce processing time for orders, including streamlined inventory picking and staging.
Your qualifications and experience:
Experience: 3-5 years in product management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain domains.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), process design practices, logistics platforms, and automation technologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with engineering, data, operations, and logistics teams.
Problem Solver: Ability to dive deep into operational challenges and develop scalable, long-term solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
