  • You possess excellent analytical skills and experience defining and measuring product metrics, and experience with designing and running A/B tests when rolling out features.
  • You have previous experience in ML and statistics fundamentals
  • You have experience building ML-powered products, including doing human and automated eval, deciding whether or not to use ML, and how to bring ML solutions to users in ways that build trust and solve their needs.

  • You’re creative and love pushing teams to solve problems in ways that push the needle of what’s possible
