YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality.
  • Design, implement, and execute API tests to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of backend services
  • Design and execute stress tests to evaluate system performance under extreme conditions and ensure stability
  • Test data integrations with third-party platforms such as POS systems, e-commerce solutions, and payment providers.
  • Write and run queries to verify the accuracy of business intelligence reports, dashboards data and presented metrics.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing procedures, results, and issues.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in release planning and provide quality assurance input to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor application performance post-launch and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to improve QA efficiency.
  • Create detailed test cases and scripts to cover functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members and foster a culture of quality within the team.
  • Analyze and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on data testing and validation.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server, including the ability to write complex queries for data validation
  • Experience working with third-party integrations, such as POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and payment gateways.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes swiftly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data quality issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Independent and dedicated self-starter.
