About the Role

Rula has had incredible success building out our core behavioral health offering in Therapy, but in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone, we have barely scratched the surface. To ensure that the 70M Americans a year that try to find help, get that help, we need to expand mental health care delivery to serve as many of those 70M Americans as possible. This is where you come in.

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing Patient Strategy & Operations team. This role will focus on driving patient acquisition and optimizing conversion within our Psychiatric Services business. Key responsibilities include improving patient funnel, streamlining processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver exceptional growth for psychiatric business at Rula. This role will be critical in driving growth and ensuring operational efficiency as we expand our national footprint in psychiatric care.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in operations-based roles within an organization (e.g. Growth PM, Product Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, etc.), with 2+ years of experience managing frontline teams

  • Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional teams to stand up, optimize, and scale new processes and systems

  • Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision making 

  • Expertise in writing technical requirements, project plans/updates, experiment results, and strategy documents 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex issues into structured, strategic frameworks and concrete action plans

  • Deep experience spearheading product changes and continuous improvement, within a Product department or collaborating extensively with Product teams

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL, Looker, and/or similar data tools

  • Expertise in managing offshore and/or nearshore teams

  • Experience with outbound sales and/or patient/customer support
