You are a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a deep understanding of SaaS implementations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of client onboarding and deployment, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing implementation teams, developing scalable processes, and driving client success in a SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, client Success, and Support, to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bonus plan, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Ontic. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
