About The Team:
As a member of Noah Medical’s Sales Training team, you will be responsible for supporting content development and execution of new hire training for the capital and clinical sales team, as well as marketing and medical education. The position will drive training retention with advanced training programs virtually and with in-person programs, including those provided at the NSM. Field rides will also assess training gaps and needs and reinforce key learnings. Responsibilities include communication, coordination, and assistance in training events and content design. This candidate has an opportunity to leave a developmental imprint on commercial new hires throughout their employment with Noah.
This exempt position is based remotely, with up to 35% travel to assist at events and training programs, attend internal meetings, and do field rides. As key stakeholders are located across the United States, outside of normal business hours are expected. The candidate is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager of Sales Training.
A Day In The Life Of Our Training Specialist:
- Develop and deliver clinical and technical product, disease state, industry and competitive sales training programs
- Maintain education expertise on product to support a diverse group of internal customers (i.e. sales, marketing, clinical engineering and medical education), and external customers (physicians, facility staff, agency, vendors)
- Partner with the commercial team in the communication and development of training implementation plans and processes
- Participate in off-site training-related events and meetings, such as trade shows
- Assist the Training Manager and Education team as a course facilitator and presenter for various internal sales and education training programs and National Sales Meetings
- Own the strategy and management for how we can best optimize and organize our training repository, LMS and/or other educational platforms
- Partner with Senior Educational Specialist to schedule meetings, schedule of upcoming trainings that provide audience members & stakeholders visibility into upcoming initiatives
- Manage competing priorities from stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Upload courses, assessments, and other materials to the LMS
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of education specialist, clinical specialist, sales or learning & development role
- 3+ years of facilitation of customer or sales training sessions
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience as a mentor or field sales trainer is preferred
- Experience educating for science, healthcare, medical device, engineering, sales or another related field experience, a plus
- In-depth understanding of technical concepts to build learnings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites
- Proficiency in managing and working in a learning management system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
