The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly analytical, outcomes-driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to own the acceleration of growth and quality for a designated set of markets. This role involves solving complex operational challenges, and working closely with cross functional partners and leaders to influence change and drive meaningful impact for the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and is excited to seek out and own projects that yield operational efficiency, improve cost and quality, and drive top line growth for an ever-evolving business.
How you’ll make an impact:
Strategically managing and becoming a subject matter expert in a designated market helping to drive the company's field operations.
By contributing to improved service outcomes that directly impact the company's reputation and growth.
Solving some of the most complex problems the company faces while providing customers their end product which ultimately help them make their communities safer.
Skillset:
3+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment
Comfortable working in a high volume environment focused on meeting and exceeding SLA’s to provide a memorable service experience.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Highly adaptable self-starter who embraces change and knows how to pivot when confronted with new challenges
Analytical, utilizing reports and a suite of tools to assess market trends, identifying challenges, and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Diplomatic, tactful and poised under pressure, with a high comfort with ambiguity
Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to self-manage multiple tasks and projects at once
Team player that contributes positively to overall team morale and company culture
