What we are looking for…
A highly motivated and organized Openings Project Manager to support the coordination, execution, and management of the onboarding and setup activities for our new AvantStay properties. This person is a resourceful systems thinker and problem solver who loves to act in a project manager capacity.
What you’ll do…
- Support the entire onboarding processes of our portfolio of homes, from submission of signed contracts through going public on the AvantStay website.
- Assist in the onboarding of properties by effectively managing remote tasks and processes within the Avantstay technology suite.
- Collaborate with our Supply Chain, Field Operations, Revenue Management, Listings, and Sales teams to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly, on-budget, and on-time.
- Support and manage adherence to project budgets, and be responsible for monitoring data integrity and inputs throughout the entire property onboarding lifecycle.
- Support the development and management of project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met. Be able to communicate project status updates within the Openings team and to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into various business systems and applications, supporting a seamless flow of information.
- Conduct thorough data analysis remotely, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
What
- Certification in a related field (project management, operations, business).
- 1-3+ years’ of experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
- Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing remote collaboration tools and Google G-Suite products.
- Ability to prioritize numerous competing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple software system efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Benefits
- $10-12+/hour USD, paid twice per month - dependent on experience & location
- Flexible workplace - work from anywhere outside the US
- We are a hospitality company so we support our staff and guests 7 days a week. This role will require approximately 40 hours of work per week on a 5-days on, 2-days off schedule. Primary hours are Monday through Friday during US business hours.
