Schedule: Monday to Friday (04:00 PM - 01:00 AM PHT)

Skills Required:
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, including GDPR, NHS frameworks, RQIA requirements, and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong communication with the ability to engage staff and candidates at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive compliance issues.

What will you do?.
Compliance
• Ensure that all healthcare professionals placed by the agency meet statutory and regulatory requirements
• Manage the compliance onboarding process for all candidates, including verifying qualifications, right-to-work documentation, AccessNI checks, immunization records, and references.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance and address noncompliance issues promptly.
• Assess the training needs of staff and candidates to identify gaps and ensure that qualifications are current.
• Maintain records of all training and compliance certifications.
• Handle internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place and accurate.
Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track compliance expiry dates and ensure that revalidation processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Create reports on compliance status, training attendance, and regulatory changes for management.

Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure that only compliant candidates are placed into roles.
• Be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals regarding compliance and training queries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their requirements are met, particularly around regulatory and training compliance.
