Reporting to the Senior Director, People Operations & Analytics, the People Operations Specialist will help facilitate our people processes and programs across the People Function for India & APJ regions, creating a world class employee and candidate experience. This role will work closely with the global teams across the business. This role will own and support dynamic people programs that drive outstanding and engaging experiences. This role will also be a core member of the India COE People Team led by the Director, People Team - India & APJ.

Essential Functions include:
- Strives for excellence supporting the full life cycle of both the candidate and employee experience
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity and a high level of accuracy in our ATS and HRIS systems with all job and employee data changes (new hire data entry, job changes, req creation, etc) in accordance with global processes.
- Creates dashboards and reports for People Team trends and performance as needed
- Performs regular system audits to ensure data integrity, including payroll and reporting accuracy.
- Owns responsibility for Acquia’s Applicant Tracking System, operates as the Subject Matter Expert on daily interactions and platform improvements; ensuring data is accurate and available for reporting.
- Prepares an offer packet for the finalist which includes: offer letter creation, policy documents, new hire form, etc
- Program lead for Acquia’s Preboarding & Global Onboarding Foundations Program. Program includes; pre-hire communications, onboard New Hires during Day-1 Orientation, handling new hire documentation, leading new hire swag program, new hire check-ins, summarizing survey feedback and follow up.
- Facilitates Offboarding Process: Lead termination process to include; Employee/manager communications, offboarding materials, exit interviews and support quarterly turnover reports insights.
- Regularly partners with the HRBP team on the execution of global HR people programs across the regions; program evolution, preparing communications, employee materials, and program execution (documentation, scheduling, follow up, reporting on program success).
- Partners with HRBP and Finance teams to support monthly payroll cycle and benefits administration
- Produces Employment Related Letters including change letters for promotions/adjustments, title change, manager change, employment verifications, relieving letters etc.
- Submits and tracks invoice processing for people systems and employment matters as needed using the purchase order system
- Regional Subject Matter Expert for all HR/TA related tools and platforms including reviewing of tools and process for optimization and keeping all process documentation up to date and centralized
- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant People Team Operations/Specialist experience
- Exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Executes with a high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to interact, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, work in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams successfully
- Exhibits a positive, professional demeanor and maintains confidentiality at all times
- Optimally executes with an eye to create efficiencies while implementing standard methodologies
- Demonstrates effective critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving
- Self-starter and solutions-oriented with solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience with MS Office; strong Powerpoint and Excel experience for data analysis, reporting
- Greenhouse, ADP, Portico experience a plus
