  • Monitor and optimise system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents.
  • Develop internal tools and frameworks to enhance our operational capabilities.

Requirements

We value diverse experiences and are open to candidates with a range of backgrounds. Whether you come from a strong SRE/DevOps background or are a developer with some exposure to these tools, we’d like to hear from you. Ideally, you have experience with a few of the following:

  • Kubernetes: Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
  • Terraform: Experience writing and maintaining Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Experience working with GCP services and architecture.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or similar.
  • Ansible: Experience in automating configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Java, Go, or another programming language relevant to backend or infrastructure tooling.
  • Development Experience: If you’ve been an application developer working closely with DevOps teams or have handled some infrastructure responsibilities, you could be a great fit.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Openness to learning and quickly picking up new information and tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.

Not a Perfect Fit? That’s Okay!

We’re looking for individuals with the right mindset and a willingness to learn. If you’ve worked with some of these tools, even in a limited capacity, and are eager to expand your skills, we encourage you to apply. We believe in growth and learning on the job.
