We are seeking a multi-talented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Website Maintenance & Marketing Specialist. This completely remote role will involve overseeing the maintenance and updates of our website, creating engaging and professional video content, managing online marketing initiatives, and designing graphics that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and adaptable, ready to work across various platforms and mediums to help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Maintenance & Development:
- Regularly update website content (text, images, blog posts, etc.) to ensure freshness and relevance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and performance.
- Ensure website optimization for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
- Manage website backups and monitor for potential vulnerabilities.
2. Online Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions (e.g., social media, email newsletters, PPC).
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the performance of online marketing efforts.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing.
3. Graphic Design:
- Create visual assets, including banners, social media graphics, promotional materials, and website visuals.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all design projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to design materials that support campaigns and projects.
- Edit and format images to ensure they are optimized for web use.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website maintenance, digital marketing, video editing, and graphic design.
- HTML, CCS, Javascript experience.
- Proficiency in WordPress, website management tools, and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management and content creation for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
