We are seeking an organized, efficient, communicative, and proactive Business Intelligence Analyst to play a vital role in harnessing data to drive strategic decision-making within AnitaB.org. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) Revenue this position focuses on analyzing and interpreting data sets to provide actionable insights while also assisting in the setup and management of lead nurturing strategies. The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity, develop reports, dashboards, and support AnitaB.org in optimizing its revenue generating efforts.
The ideal candidate for the Business Intelligence Analyst position is a detail oriented and analytical professional with a passion for leveraging data to secure revenue that drives social impact. They possess a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques, along with experience in managing lead nurturing strategies. They are skilled in identifying opportunities for process improvement and are adept at working cross functionally to achieve organizational goals. They have a passion for women and technology, DEIB and are interested in doing meaningful, mission-based work.
- Engage and collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and maintain a deep understanding of all AnitaB.org programs and events.
- Design sales collateral templates that ensure the Revenue team has the knowledge and resources (ex. sales decks, email templates, team processes, etc.) required to expertly speak to customers about AnitaB.org programs and events.
- Aggregate feedback gathered by the Revenue team to identify customer trends and business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to draft copy and design collateral that thoughtfully presents AnitaB.org programs and events to captivate customers and empower sales.
- Identify and address points of friction in the sales and fulfillment process by designing processes that enhance communication, promote transparency, and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Assist in the setup and management of lead nurturing strategies, including drip campaigns.
- Operationalize workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead management initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Provide training and support to staff on data utilization and business intelligence tools, fostering a data-informed culture within the organization.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, which means to be agile and rise to the challenge: in service of our mission, from time to time, we do ask team members to take on, or volunteer to take on, additional or different duties outside of their formal job description.
- Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional, and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and statistical software (Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with lead management systems and marketing automation tools (Zoom Info, Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing, sales, and training collateral.
- Extremely organized in collecting, distributing, and presenting information, deadlines, processes to various stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems and adjust priorities quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to travel as position requires.
AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $72,700 - $75,870, plus incentive compensation and competitive benefits, including health insurance, vision, dental and a 403(b) discretionary match.
