How you'll make an impact


For our customers to be able to use Planday effectively from day one, we rely on our Customer Onboarding Team, which helps our new customers to set up their individual Planday platform according to their needs. In this role, you will be located in our Oslo office and will be part of a team of currently six colleagues, focusing on our customers in the Norwegian market.

What you'll do
  • Looking after international portfolios of shift-based businesses (with focus on Norwegian customers)
  • Ensuring that our customers have the knowledge they need to make their scheduling and HR management processes simpler and more efficient
  • Working with new customers to facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup and ongoing customer support
  • Acting as an internal representative of your customers to our internal product/engineering team
  • Monitoring your onboarding customers for the first 12 months, keeping track on their health and working on reducing churn


What you’ll bring with you
  • You are professionally fluent in English and Norwegian
  • You have a minimum of one year experience in a Customer Support or Onboarding role or in a leading role within one of our key industries
  • You understand the logic of IT systems, and easily learn new systems
  • You are driven, creative, respectful and curious, with strong time management skills
  • You are good at working independently, but always with an eye towards sharing your knowledge and success with others

It would be beneficial if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace and/or working knowledge of HR system, payroll systems or working time rules.
