Job Position: Account Management Coordinator

Salary Range: up to 75,000/month
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM PHT

As an Account Manager Coordinator at Pearl Talent, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Success Team. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager to ensure effective management of client accounts while also handling various administrative tasks. This position is perfect for an entry-level candidate eager to learn and contribute to our mission.
Your efforts will help maintain healthy client relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and support the growth of Pearl Talent by ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact. Understand clients' goals, challenges, and needs, and proactively address them.
- Communication: Regularly engage with clients via email, phone, video conferences, and other communication channels to maintain an open line of communication.
People Knowledge
- Talent Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our talent pool and the unique skills, experiences, and attributes our candidates bring.
- Client Guidance: Advise clients on best practices on managing teams effectively based on their specific needs, ensuring successful placements and high satisfaction.
Account Growth and Upselling
- Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional recruitment services to existing clients.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to explore potential avenues for client account growth.
Issue Resolution
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Satisfaction Assurance: Ensure timely and satisfactory issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Client Feedback and Reporting
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to help improve our recruitment services and candidate pool.
- Reporting: Create and maintain reports on client success metrics and key performance indicators.
- Documentation: Maintain records, client files, and relevant documentation to support client management activities.
- Scheduling: Organize meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams as needed.
- Assistance: Provide additional support on tasks that may arise unexpectedly, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, set clear objectives, and ensure all project milestones are met.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with relevant departments to allocate resources and track project progress.
- Reporting and Updates: Keep clients informed of project developments and any adjustments to the timeline, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in client success, account management, inside sales, or related roles.
- Remote Ready: You’re a pro at remote work, comfortable with the latest tech tools, and can collaborate seamlessly with a distributed team. Self-motivated and adaptable to remote work environments.
- Organized Chaos Tamer: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, and stay calm under pressure. Able to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Discretion is Your Middle Name: You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Canva, along with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, and CRMs.
- Exceptional English Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, making clarity and professionalism your signature.
- Solver: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
