Who You Are:
The Customer Success Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex and strategic projects that align with the organization's goals, objectives and strategic plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of strategic projects that drive business growth and efficiency. They consider how projects can benefit the company's efficiency and competitiveness, and ensure that project goals match the company's mission. SPMs are responsible for: Developing project plans, coordinating resources, evaluating decisions, and reviewing project flow. You will do this by working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
