As the (Senior) Solution Partner Manager, you will report to and collaborate closely with our Global Director of Solution Partnerships in developing joint business plans with system integrators to achieve common goals and drive us to success.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track record leading large complex sales cycles to successful close with solution partners and GSIs
  • Build deep relationships with partners appropriate to your territory to fully understand their business, solutions and technical needs while managing partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple GTM teams and/or specific assigned strategic partners to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.
  • Execute business plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. account teams, specialist sales teams, services teams and BD, partner marketing and partner development resources).
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key strategic ISV partners.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory (US) or industry vertical with multiple account teams and partners and/or with a specific list of strategic partners with defined revenue and win targets.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets by helping partners originate and work with Spryker sales teams to close opportunities that drive Spryker revenues with prospects and customers.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Spryker product offerings to partners.
  • Manage and close Spryker pipeline across assigned sales regions while working with partners to extend reach and drive Spryker adoption.
  • Support with cross-functional resources to assist your partner in prospect engagements and their delivery of solutions to market and ensure that Spryker is their preferred platform.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to partner and its senior management teams.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with system integrators or software providers, with CxO
  • Multithreading relationship engagement in enterprise sales organizations
  • Technology background
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex IT solutions
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of driving successful partner engagements and delivering on partnership objectives.
