You'll be joining our Revenue team to become a key member in exponentially growing our client base. As our Enterprise Sales Lead, you'll work to expand our client base and drive new business growth by creating and maintaining relationships with MGAs, wholesalers, and insurance agent networks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry, an insurtech background, strong sales acumen, a ready to go network of businesses to call on, and a proven track record of cultivating relationships with enterprise partners. We're looking for someone who is looking to take on the challenge of growing our client base from multiple directions while working cross functionally internally.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively source and create partnerships with MGAs, carriers, top 100 agencies and large insurance networks to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Become an expert on our platform and the many products available to address client inquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management on territory performance, market trends, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Travel to conferences and directly to clients to help build relationships and evangelize our platform's capabilities
- 7-10 years of related commercial P&C insurance experience, preferably at least partially at an insurtech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stellar networking skills and an existing network of agents and MGAs/wholesalers to tap into
- Proven ability to work remotely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams
- Clear examples of the ability to close 6 figure deals
- Competitive Base Compensation: Base $100,000-$130,000 and an uncapped commission with OTE of $200,000-$250,000
