The Revenue Enablement team is responsible for the training and development of all revenue and customer facing resources that ensure the growth and success of Flock Safety customers. Our remit starts from the first call and continues to signature to installation of our products.
We are at a critical point of Flock that we need to ensure our teams are prepped, our content and assets can scale and our programs drive towards our revenue goals which this role plays a critical part in.
The Skillset
2-4 years of proven experience in Enablement, or Learning and Development
High intellectual curiosity and desire to leverage data to drive key business outcomes
Ability to identify and track metrics that demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity.
Exceptional organizational skills & the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven and unpredictable environment.
Experience with modern enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic or equivalent CRM, CMS & LMS solutions
Experience with Sales Methodology frameworks and building training around them
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way.

Assist with curriculum and training development for our Public Safety Teams
Identify and develop program needs for ongoing / evergreen learning
Identify quick win enablement to drive in quarter success
The First 60 Days
Partner with sales leaders on developing content and track for Revenue Kick-off
Collaborate with Sales and Revenue leadership on developing Q1 Enablement Plans
Establish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders in Public Safety team
90 Days & Beyond
Manage and facilitate breakout sessions at Revenue Kick-off
Launch enablement cadence and program for Public Safety designed to meet role / segment based needs
Get in the field and shadow customer meetings to better understand and build for rep success
The Interview Process

Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you’ll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are.
The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field.
The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
